This campaign is all about boosting mental health. We are here to share positive and helpful resources to make your well-being a top priority.
Alongside general mental health tips, there is a focus on connecting with nature and spending time outdoors. Whether it is taking a walk, relaxing in green spaces around campus, or simply stepping outside for a moment of calm, these small actions can make a big difference.
